In 2015 Fabio Costanzo ran the barbershop inherited from his father. Good hands, loyal clientele, services starting at EUR15. The skill was already there. What set him apart was something more: the vision to go beyond what he had inherited, and the rare ability to truly listen.

From that mutual listening, an eight-year collaboration was born. Not a client-supplier relationship: a journey built together, decision after decision, system after system.

Eight years later: two locations, one positioned in the luxury segment, services up to EUR90, active e-commerce, online booking, dedicated management software. The transformation was possible because the client had the foresight to invest in digital when it wasn't yet obvious — and the ability to trust the process.
